The mass rock is to be seen at the present day in Dooneen. There is another rock in Dooneen of interest. There is a shape of a saints foot on it. Dooneen is one of the most historical places around Connemara. Dooneen was the old road to Galway once. There is another mass rock to be seen in Clifden Castle.
