    the water that's on top you will have starch on the bottom. You can mix the starch with the dry pieces of potatoes or leave it over for starching the clothes. After that you put the dry stuff into a bowl and mix it up with a little flour and milk and some salt. No soda or cream of tartar. You put the mixture on a pan or a grill and bake it until it is a nice brown colour.
