  1. Boxty is a kind of a potato cake which was made by the Irish people from potatoes. The way to make it is first of all you get some potatoes and wash them clean and after that you get three plates then get a scrapes and rub the potatoes. When you have all the potatoes scraped you will have a plate full of small pieces of potatoes and you will have some water too. You will then get a piece of muslin cloth and squeeze the water out of the potatoes. You put the water into a plate for itself. If you leave the water in the plate for a while, a white substance will fall to the bottom and if you throw away
