    The mixture was then put into a well-greased pan and baked until nicely brown. It was served to the neighbors with plenty of butter.
    When tea came to Ireland the people did not know how to use it and they used boil the leaves and then eat them. The sugar they used was brown sugar, which is now put in cakes.
