- One person was picked out to act as parish priest and another was 'My-man-Jack'. The rest of the crowd were each given a colour. The parish priest then said.-. The priest of the parish, concerning caps, some say this and some say that and some say 'My-Man-Jack'." As soon as 'My-Man-Jack heard his name being called out, he was to say.-. "Me Sir". Then the prierst says, "Yes Sir". The other says, "You're a liar Sir". The priest asks "Who then Sir?" Then 'My-Man-Jack', names some colour. The person with that colour was to say, "Me Sir", and the conversation was to be carried on as before, but with the excitement all forgot their colours. The person who did not answer immediately was to pay forfeits.
