As I lay down on my right side, I give my soul to God to keep, and if I die before I wake may God and the Blessed Virgin Mary my soul may take. if any evil spirit come to me sweet Savior a waken me may my right hand bless me, Mathew, Mark, Luke and John. God bless this bed that I lay on. There are four corners on my bed, four Angels over spread the Lord be the branch the Lady be the flower and the sweet Savior at my last hour.
