    Pollnagcat.
    It is said that a cat wandered around the place, and they gave it the name of Pollnagcat.
    Pollredmond.
    It is said that a great man named Reamonn lived there and they gave it the name of Pollredmond.
    Kilnalag.
    It is said that a great church was built in it with flags and a little wood growing around it, and they gave it them name of Kilnalag.
    Knockanara.
    It is said that it got its name from the hill of spring and that the hill is there at the present day.
    My own name and address is: Luke Tully, Kilnalag, Williamsstown, Co. Galway.
    These place names were got from: Mrs. Tully, Listivish, Williamstown, Co. Galway.
