    evening is fairly large and has a curved zinc roof. It has a double door sufficiently wide to allow a cart or any large vehicle or animal to pass through. There is one fireplace where the smith keeps a coal to heat the iron.
    The implements which the smith uses in his work are the anvil sledge, chisel, punch and bellows.
    He usually shoes horses and donkeys, but he does not shoe cattle. He also mends ploughs, harrows, and other farm implements. He shoes the wheels of carts on a cement circle out in the open air.
    The smith kindles the fire with the bellows which is situated behind the fireplace. The bellows is like a large leather bag with a pipe leading from it into the fireplace. Over this bag a beam stretches from side to side in the forge, on to which a piece of wood is attached. From this piece of wood a chain is caught on to the bellow's and when the smith leans on the wood, the chain draws the bellows out, so it fills with wind, but when he removes his hand from
