    Boxty Bread
    Long ago the people made Boxty Bread. They got a piece of tin twelve inches long and twelve inches broad. They got a board and nailed the two together and made holes in the tin with a nail and a hammer. They scraped raw potatoes and boiled some more and pounded them together with a bottle. They enjoyed this with some butter and milk as a mid-day meal.
