Holywells 31/10/1938

There is a Holy Well in Beagh Dunmore Co galway Ireland. It is situated in Michael Walshs field Beagh. The name of it is Tobar na Cealtra. They go there on the 25th of May or the 29th of July. Some of the people bring bucket to bring home a bucket holy water for the use of the house with them.

The most thing that damage the land most is the rabbits, they ate the hay and oats. They bore the ditches and dig on them and knock them down. They tramp the good land. There was once a story about a old who died on the mountain. It was said
