  1. There was a Leipreachain going around the village of Cappagh, Dunmore Co Galway long ago. One day a man caught him in a sand-pit and asked him for gold. The Leipreachain said that there was gold under a big stone. The man asked him for more gold and the Leipreachain said he had no more gold. The man looked around him and when he looked again the Leipreachain was gone.
