  1. The people round here call the forts a Lios. In sherdins farm there is a Lios there is a bank round to protect it. There a round hole in the middle and iron bars on the top of it. It is facing a lios in Ballaghdorragha Jack the lantern was supposed to be seen in it the Danes hid in the Lios long ago.
