    "Pósaidhthe"
    On that day all the young boys, would throw salt at the young girls. If two weddings meet on the road one of them would have bad luck. If a wedding meets a funeral on the road the wedding would have bad luck. If a wedding met a Christening in the Church it would have bad luck.
    The Bride would change garments with an other woman before leaving for the Church. The first person they would wish to meet would a man with a squent. In olden days the Bride was stolen. The man who would to get married would go by night and steal the Bride away.
