  1. There was a man once and he went out hunting with a hound. He was not long out until he caught a hare. He brought the hare and he put it into the pot to boil. He could not boil it. He then threw the hare out. The man then got very sick. One day a man came into his house and told him he would not get better until he would kill the hound. He then killed the hound and the man got better.

When they were seated at dinner the man looked out the window and saw a bird out side. He said "look at the lovely thrush out side" and the woman said "that is a blackbird and not a thrush."
