    The men that would be cutting the turf would have to work for a shilling for day and the man that would have a horse would have to work for a shilling per day and the man that would have a horse would have to work for a shilling and sixpence per day but it would want to be a good load before he would get his pay. One man brought a load of turf and the landlord was not pleased with it because it was not hard enough.
