  1. There are many proverbs which are very truthful.
    A stitch in time saves nine.
    A rolling stone gathers no moss.
    A shut mouth catches no flies.
    Look before you leap.
    Better alone, than in bad company.
    Between two stools you come to the ground.
    When the cat is out the mice can play.
    The best hurler is always on the ditch.
    A little fire is quickly trodden out.
    Covetousness often bursts the bag.
    Lose an hour in the morning and you will be all day hunting it.
    One year's seeding, is nine year's weeding.
    A hungry eye sees far.
    A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
    Don't count the chickens before they are hatched.
    Good words are good, but good deeds are better.
    Nothing succeeds like success.
    It is not possible to get wool off a goat.
    Hills are green far away.
    Waste not, want not.
    The best time to worry is to-morrow.
