  1. Long ago in the time of Cromwell in Ireland all the churches were burned and all the holy things taken away. Nearly all the priests were killed but some of them stole away to the bogs and hid in the bog holes.
    Some days they got the chance of saying Mass out in the open on a big rock. Some of the priests managed to steal some holy things such as a Mass Book, a Chalice, a Crucifix and some other things
