    Three men had to go down with a ladder and ropes to take her up. A sow also went down and she was never seen since. They say she lived a few years in it eating rabbits.

  2. About twenty five years ago there lived in Leitrim a very strong man named Broderick. He was very poor and when he was young he was often seen running around the fields in the frost and snow with nothing on him but a bag.
