  1. The fame of that most famous architects- "The Gobán Saor" having abroad, he was once invideted to Sasanach to build a great mansion.
    The Gobán Saor accepted the offer, and duly presented himself before the great noble, and began his task.
    The mansion soon took for beauty and grandeur excelled anything seen or dreamt of.
    Now the noble -jealous of his wonderful possession, and fretful lest another such creation should emanate from the fertile brain of the Gobán decided on detaining him.
    The Gobán however got wise to his perfidy, and as the building was nearing completion informed him that he had left behind him in like a tool, without which it would be impossible to complete the work.
    Among the Gobán's children was one daughter, whom he knew had hitherto a large share of his uncanny wisdom.
    Not being allowed to return himself, he succeeded in getting the nobles son to act as messanger
