  1. Near my home in the townland of Killaghmore and in the parish of Cappatagle there is a fairy fort.
    There is a fence of earth round the fort and outside the fence there is a drain and the drain is again surrounded by another fence of earth. The fort is round in shape. There is an entrance in the centre. Many people have explored the interior and they found a number of cells under the ground. The stones which were on the edge of the entrance have collapsed so that the entrance is
