- The pastimes that I do are to make a daisy chain, to catch rabbets or hairs in a snair to catch birds in a cradel and to go hunting.
To catch hairs in a snair a boy must make a snair and set it in the place where the hair goes. To make a daisy chain a boy or girl much gather daisys and put holes on them and put a daisy into the hole and so on till the chain is finished.
To catch birds in a cradle and set it where the birds are.
To hunt for haires a boy must get a hound and go to the place where are.- Collector
