  1. Scéal i dtaobh na Cuiginne
A tinker came into Mary Corcoran in Blindwell and took a coal while she was churning. He went away unnoticed. She tried to make the churning but could not. She thought of the tinker and the coal. She went to the place where the tinkers were staying, and took some of the ashes of the fire, brought it home and put it in the fire. She went to the churn to make it, but it was made.
