  1. The people of this district wear boots in winter time and some of them wear them in summer. The young children do not wear any shoes or boots in summer time. They leave their boots off in the month of April and they put them on again in the month of October. The people put shoes on the young children when they are about two years of age. Some people in this district wear wellingtons in winter time. These are made of rubber and they cover the leg up as far as the knee. The farmers of this place generally wear nail
