    four new head stones erected in it. It is situated on the side of a hill. There is a lot of graves in it. There is a lis in the east side of Kilgevrin. Where infants were buried who were not baptised.
    There is an old graveyard in the village of Lisakeavy. In olden times the parish church. was there The ruins of it are still standing
    It was the custom in olden times for the people to bury their dead in the ground where the church was. They continued burying them after the church fell until they got over crowded. There were old bones found a few years ago where there was battles fought in Cromwells time
