    ago they used to bring it out the door facing the south. Then they would leave the coffin on four chairs and all the people would kneel down and say some prayers over the coffin.
    Another custom the old people had was to stop the clock until the corpse would be buried. They also used to put a sovereighn in the corpse hand and when they would be burying the corpse they would put a bag of nuts into the coffin. Another custom they had was not to bury any person on New Years day for they say it would bring bad luck on the village
