not as big as the storm in the year 1839. In September the storm came. that was the time the people wase cutting the oat. In the middle of the night the storm started. When the people went out in the moring the oats was blowing every where. There was alot of trees knocked across the road and in fields. There was one house knocked. The people build there houses down in hollows after the night of the big wind. They were not afraid of the storm then.
