  1. There was a man one time that could make baskets and every Friday he would go to the market and sell them. When he would have the baskets sold he would stay drinking until all the money would be spent. One night he was very drunk coming home and he lay down on the side of the road where there was a "lis". He was a "cruiteachán" and the fairies were singing a lovely song and the "cruiteachán" goined them. The King of the fairies said to go and bring him in and they did. When they brought him in they took the "cruitch" of him and told him to go home. He had a brother a "cruiteachán" too and when he went home he told him to go to the "lis" at night and the next night he went to the "lis" and the fairies were singing
