  1. The Crock of Gold
Once upon a time there lived a man named John Casey who had a dream one night about a crock of gold. He dreamed that there was a crock of gold hid under rushes in his field and that he would get it if he went after twelve 0 clock in the night
He was a fraid to go with himself and so he got one of his friends to go with him. They planned to go one Friday night but the friend though to get it all for himself and he went thursday night with himself he went to the place where the gold was and found the crock but no gold. Then he came home and told Jack that there was no gold under the rushes. The two of them went up and found no gold but a crock of shells
