    An Old Story (continued)
    what the cat had said. "Very good", said the shoemaker, "tell that cat I could not take him measure without him. You can bring the cat with you tomorrow and I will meet you half-way. I will get a hound without any white rib in him because the cat is a fairy. When I will meet you half way. I will ask you what you have in the bag, then you can throw the bag down. The cat will give you a paw in the back". It was done.
    When he threw the bag down the hound ran after the cat. They raced through the country, and the cat ran into an old house and the hound caught him going in the door.
