    There was an old man and his wife going to the fair of Athenry one day selling a cow.

    The Three Wishes
    There was an old man and his wife going to the fair of Athenry one day selling a cow. There was a short way across and when the man was crossing he met the leprechaun and caught him. The leprechaun said that he would give him three wishes if he let him go. "mickey you ought to give me one of the wishes" he said and he did. They walked along together driving the cow until they came to the fair and they saw a man selling a spind
