  1. One day the Black's well was flooded and the people had to get boats to cross it. This day the Black's had to cross to the other side. One of the boats was passing, it hit a rock and it turned over and all the Black's were drowned. Ever since the people called it the Black's Well.
    Note:- This well is on the Ballygaddy Rd and it is a 1/4 ml from Tuam. Black's are foreigners who came to Ireland long ago.
