    Long ago there were many beggers in this district namely, Micheal Fleming, Dan Cuddy, Monk Rodgers, Johny Harlow and Biddy Patrick and Rose Reilly, Peter Pick, Johnny Staunton, Anthony and Kitty Rainey and Briget Burke.
    Michael Fleming came to our house about twice a year. He was called Mike Do-ran as a nick name. He never wore any shoes. He died last year and was about ninety five years of age.
