    Long ago sports used to be held in a place called Gurrane's .
    Before the sports would start some crowd from the village of Barberfort would commence jumping before they would start and this man names Machael Mac Dermott was famous for jumping and before he died it is said that he showed the prizes he won during his life for jumping.
