  1. Parks 1. "Páirc Cosléar." It is called that name because there used to be a quarry there long ago, but there is hazel growing now in the place. It is in the village of Manusflynn, Caherlistrane, Co. Galway.
    2. "Páirc na Lacain." It is so called because a lot of wild ducks used to root in a pool that is in the middle of it. It is called "An poll mor" on account of its size. The field is situated on the side of the road between the village of Cluide, Corrandulla, Co. Galway and Feeragh, Cagerlistrane, Co Galway.
    3. "Páirc Godáin." It is so called because it belonged to a man named Lydon long ago. It is situated in the village of Bonantober, Corrandulla, Co. Galway and it is about five miles from
