  1. Cures in blessed wells
    There is a small spring well situated in the village of Gurane, Corofin, Co. Galway.
    Anybody who washes his hands in it is able to open any knot. The old people who live near it say that if a person swallowed a cats rib and to get sick that a cup of this water would cure him.
