    and evening every housewife puts as much milk as will be sufficient for domestic use until she milks again into a vessel. She then "sets" the remainder and leaves it there for twelve hours. Then she skims it with a saucer and puts it into a resepticle. She continues doing this until she has the resepticle filled. Then she churns it.
