    There is a stone trough in every forge where water is kept for cooling the hot irons. There is a cure in the water of that trough. It is said that if a person is sick very and if he is not getting better or worse he is said to be in the fairies. So there is three stolen drops of the water of that trough given to him and he will be either better or worse in three days.
