   There was once a very riach young man, and he got married to the king's daughter. They lived very happily. After a few years she died. At that time people used to steal rings and jewels out of the rich peoples fingers that were dead. When this woman died there were a great many rings and jewels on her fingers. The servant boy that was working in the house knew that. He made up his mind that he would go to the graveyard, and steal all the ringsand jewels that were on her fingers. This night he went to the graveyard stealing them. The man of the house was out and he met the servant boy. He asked him where he was going but he would not tell him. He did not want him to know that he was stealing rings. The servant boy knew well where the woman was buried. When he went to the graveyard there were two more men stealing rings out of other people's fingers that were dead. He went to the grave where the woman was buried, and he got a spade. He began digging the grave. When he had the grave dug he left the spade from him, and he went down in the grave for the rings. He could not take the rings
