  1. There is supposed to be a treasure of gold hidden in a place called the "giants' grave". Long ago some men attempted to dig it up but they were unable to find it. There is another treasure hidden about fifteen yards from that in a place called The Corped Hill. It was supposed to be placed there by fairies. There are two big round stones on the top of the hill where the treasure is. There is another treasure hidden in the townland of Ownagadary and when there was any danger approaching they rattled tins.
