  1. Over in Taobhbreac men were out with greyhounds. They met a woman and they asked her where was there a hare for a race. They said they would give her ten shillings. She said "There's one down there!"
    Away the dogs went and one of them, a black one, took a bite out of her going in the door.
    "Run mammy or you'll be caught" one of the "wains" shouted.
    She did that for ten shillings but she lay a long time with a "healing" haunch.
