The iron hill - That hill was as hard as iron thats why it was called the oron hill.
The whinny hill - There was a lot of whins growing on that hill.
Bóthar Dubh - there was a hedge each side of the road and it always looked dark.
- Meadow, Little dale, Parkeen, Slogar Bog-field, Tryangle Gárreúair Fasach Doire gáire. Toian Bhán, Polla mada crocán cára Ton an cnuic, Hollow garden.
Meadow - This field got its name because it is the highest field and it is always kept for hay.
Little dale - because it is a long narrow patch of land.
Parkeen - This field got its name because cattle were always grazing in it.
Slogar - because it is wet and boggy.
