    In the Summer when the sun is up well some people get a big round piece of board and write figure of the clock on it.
    Then a potato is placed in the middle with a nail sticking out of the top of the potato and the nail points to each figue every hour.

    The people of this district used to make daisy chains. They used to make horse's winkers with daisies.
    The people made a German Rattler by getting a match-box and a piece of silver paper and two small ball-bearings. They would put the ball-bearings into the silver paper and make it like a sausage and then rattle it in the box.
