  1. You can plant cabbage any time of the year but it is best to plant it in the rainy months.
    Early potatoes must be planted from the 1st of Febuary to the 17th of March and not later than end of April.
    The best months for lettuce are the end of october and the beginning of April.
    Mangold and turnip seeds are sown in April and are sorted out whenever they are fit.
    Onions are also sown in April in drills and when they grow they are planted out separately.
    Carrots are sown in April and are thinned out in May.
    Parsley is sown in April.
