    In Brackens Town there dwells a man named Mr Usher.
    He carries on the raging business. B'fore 'im lived Lady O'Callaghan.
    Every night in the servants' quarters they would be playin' cards an' three knocks 'ould come to the door.
    One night one of the players waited just inside the door, an' when the last knock had stopped he opened it an' no one was there.
