  1. An underground tunnel extending from Castleknock College ends at Mulhuddart Church. A stone flag with the names of certain Priests inserted on it covers the entrance of the tunnel.
    A certain priest from the College dreamt one night of the tunnel that a flag of stone covered the mouth of the tunnel and when that was removed to walk down four steps and would be met an iron gate. Soon after that these instructions were carried out by the Priest. He went a certain distance in the tunnel and had to turn back because of the darkness.
    The tunnel was left open and two or three calves happening to stray in to it disappeared and never returned.
