    Local Heroes.
    Skerries, Co. Dublin.
    One of the local heroes of Skerries is "Bobby Beggs." This man is one of the best footballers' in Ireland and plays for Connaught and Galway. He began with the Skerries Harps, and later played for Dublin. After a while, he went to live in Galway, and that is how he came to be playing for them now. His address is Robert Beggs, 19, Balbriggan St., Skerries.
