- Mr. Robert Ruttledge Fair got his title from his fore fathers and they got it from Cromwell. He never evicted anybody from the place because he was an Absentee Landlord who was living in London. His agent Mr Ruttledge of Carraville Hollymount was a good man and he gave his tenants plenty of time to pay their rents because he had good confidence in the people of the place. His agent is living still in Hollymount.
Dr. Robert Finn. He got his totle from his wifes people by marriage. She was Miss Goudling from Cong. He was a good landlord and he lived partly in our house in Lissavalley. The rest of his time he spent in Offaly in King's Co. His agent was Mr. Ruttledge in Hollymount. He was the same agent for all the landlords in the place.
