  1. A Story

One night a man was coming home from town on horse-back.

One Night a man was coming home from town on horse-back. As he was coming down at the Sarnaught cross-road he saw a light inside in the field. When the horse saw it he ran as hard as he could all the way to the way to the house. The man put him in the stable and he felt all right. But when he was going in the door he fainted. They say if you ever see anything like that you are sure to faint going in the door.
