  1. The people used to have four meals a day long ago in this district. They used to have them in the morning in the middle of the day in the evening and in the night. They used to work early in the morning before their breakfast. They used to have potatoes three times a day and bread and tea once. They used to drink buttermilk and skim milk. They used to put the potatoes in a basket on the floor and sit around it and peel them with their hands. They used to use whole flour bread.
