    On his way home he had to cross a bridge. When he came to the bridge he took off his old shirt and put on the new one. He threw his old shirt into the river and says he If that shirt does not reach America its not for the want of a crew.

  2. Once upon a time there lived a man and his mother. This woman was very fond of snuff and one day the man was going to Carn and she told him to bring her a few ounces. He went to Carn and when he was half way home he remembered on the snuff. He came home and mixed pepper and guana together and gave it to his mother. The next morning her two nostrils was a big as an eye of Malin Town bridge.
